Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time depends on product availability and supplier fulfillment through Zendrop.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- USA: 6 to 15 business days
- Europe: 7 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not liable for such delays.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. You can track the package via the provided link.
Customs and Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy
As we operate under a dropshipping model via Zendrop, we do not accept returns unless the item is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or non-functional
- Incorrect (wrong product received)
If any of the above occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Photo or video proof of the issue
- Brief explanation of the problem
After review and approval, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Important: Do not send products back to the sender or warehouse. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
We issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- You have not received your item within 60 days from the date of shipment
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Responsibility Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
- Misuse or improper handling of products
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- External events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased product.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products with signs of use
Taxes and Import Fees
Products shipped through Zendrop may originate from the USA, China, or other countries. As the customer, you are responsible for any applicable VAT, import duties, or local taxes in your country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
